GENTLE CLASSES are a special workout line that is very gentle on your entire body. These workouts are soft to all your joints & relieve especially the knees. They are super easy to follow & low impact.

We have created a bunch of fun, quick & most effective workouts that suit your busy everyday life. 
You can add them just on top of your weekly classes or whenever you feel like working a specific body part.
