With this holistic fitness concept I want us to take care of our physical & mental health - as well as creating a deep feeling of self-confidence, inner strength & awareness.
Each week there will be new classes that only include natural, soft & flowing movements, that are adapted to our body. All movements will build your muscles in a very mindful & natural way and avoid overloading & bulking.
This concept is to work your entire body for lean, toned & feminine muscles for beginner up to pros.
Our mission has always been to create a new holistic consciousness of fitness that takes our results for body, mind & soul to the highest level.
